International Paper supports The Global Foodbanking Network

As part of a global collaboration with the Global Foodbank Network (GFN), IP donated this autumn almost 40,000 corrugated boxes to FESBAL, the Federation of Spanish Foodbanks, and Banco Alimentare, the Italian Association of Foodbanks.

Produced by our box plants in Bellusco, Italy and Villalbilla, Spain, the boxes were used in the associations' respective national food collection weekends, traditionally organized in the month of November.

IP also provided $45,000 in financial support, benefiting FESBAL, Banco Alimentare and Federacja Polskich Banków Żywności in Poland.
