Andrew “Andy” Silvernail 于 2024 年 5 月 1 日加入国际纸业，担任首席执行官。他于 2024 年 10 月 1 日成为国际纸业董事会主席。

Silvernail 在制造和技术领域拥有二十多年的跨国公司领导经验。加入国际纸业之前，他在全球投资公司 KKR & Co., Inc.任职执行顾问。Silvernail 还曾任职麦迪逊工业（Madison Industries）的董事长兼首席执行官，该公司也是世界上最大的私人控股企业之一。在此之前， 从 2011 年到 2020 年，Silvernail是IDEX 公司的董事长兼首席执行官。在他任职 IDEX 期间，员工敬业度达到最佳水平，同时股东总回报率增长了500％ 以上。Silvernail 还担任过Rexnord Industries、Newell Rubbermaid 和 Danaher 等公司的高管职位，以及Stryker 公司的董事会成员。

Silvernail 在达特茅斯学院获得政府学学士学位，并在哈佛商学院获得工商管理硕士学位。

Clay Ellis 于 1992 年加入国际纸业。 在过往的职业生涯中，他曾担任制造、工程、技术、商业和管理领域的多项工作。

2012 年，他成为公司管理层的一员。2019 年他当选为企业卓越运营高级副总裁。2023 年，Ellis 被任命为全球纤维素纤维业务高级副总裁一职。

他是国家空气和水流质量改善委员会 (NCASI) 以及播种成功组织(Seeding Success )的董事会成员，后者也是孟菲斯“从摇篮到就业”教育方案的合作伙伴。Ellis 曾在多个组织中担任董事会成员，包括国家纸业协会、美国林业与纸业协会 (AF&PA) 的印刷纸、书写纸和纸浆领域以及孟菲斯基督教运动员协会。

他拥有路易斯安那州立大学的化学工程学士学位，并已完成哈佛商学院的高级管理课程。

Tom Hamic 于 1991 年加入国际纸业。 在其职业生涯中，他曾在美国和欧洲担任多项职务，负责销售、营销、财务、战略规划和管理领域的工作。

2009 年Hamic 被任命为公司高管，2018 年当选为高级副总裁。 2020 年期间，Hamic 曾担任国际纸业全球纤维素纤维业务和公司商业活动的负责人。 2023 年，Hamic 被任命为北美集装箱业务高级副总裁兼首席商务官。

Hamic 拥有弗吉尼亚大学的经济学学士学位和工商管理硕士学位。

Tim Nicholls 曾在 2007 年至 2011 年 担任国际纸业高级副总裁兼首席财务官，并于2018 年 6 月再次担任该职务。2024 年 10 月，除了担任首席财务官外，Tim 还被任命为公司EMEA（欧洲、中东和非洲）业务的临时负责人，并在完成对 DS Smith 的收购后正式生效。

Nicholls 在包装和造纸行业拥有近三十年的从业经验。 在加入国际纸业之前，他曾在 Union Camp 担任财务和业务规划工作以及多个领导岗位。1999 年国际纸业收购 Union Camp 后，他也成为了公司的一员。 他曾经担任过的职务包括美洲工业包装部高级副总裁（领导公司在美洲的纸张和纸浆业务），以及欧洲副总裁兼首席财务官。 他还曾担任 Weldwood 公司总裁，该公司曾是国际纸业在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省温哥华的全资子公司。 

Joy Roman joined International Paper as Senior Vice President, Chief People and Strategy Officer on February 1, 2025. She leads International Paper’s efforts in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and corporate strategy. In addition to her HR and strategy roles, Joy has responsibility for maximizing the company’s overall impact through the Sustainability and Communications functions.

Before joining IP, she served as Chief People & Strategy Officer at Berry Global, a manufacturer and marketer of plastic packaging solutions, since April 2024. Prior to her time at Berry Global, she spent 10 years at 3M in roles of increasing responsibility across the strategy and human resources functions before transitioning to Chief Human Resources Officer roles at Toll Brothers and the De Beers Group. Joy began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Joy has lived and worked in the United States, Asia, the UK and Europe. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in English and communications from the University of Wisconsin.

Joseph Saab 曾多年从事环境事务的律师工作，后于2001年加入国际纸业，担任环境、健康和安全的法律顾问。 2005年至2010年，他在公司法律部门担任过多个职位，包括全球治理和合规首席法律顾问，以及美洲纸业总法律顾问。 2014 年成为欧洲、中东和非洲工业包装部的副总法律顾问。 

2019 年起他担任副总裁、副总法律顾问兼助理公司秘书，继续负责公司法律和企业卓越运营方面的工作，同时监督董事会并为其提供建议。 2022 年 7 月 1 日成为高级副总裁、总法律顾问兼公司秘书。
